Duties and Responsibilities of Holmen FFA Officers

All officers are required to:

 Have Official Dress
 Attend sectional leadership workshop
 Attend all monthly chapter meetings
 Be a role model and a leader for all FFA members and HHS students  
         Ex. Language, attitude, grades, etc.
 Stop by Ag room regularly


President:  Megan Kelly
 Organize September Officer meeting
 Preside over and conduct all meetings
 Call special meetings as needed
 Coordinate chapter efforts by keeping in touch with other officers, the members and the advisors
 Follow up on chapter activities
 Banquet awards and guest speaker
 National Chapter Award
 Put together FFA Week


Vice President of Community Development – Kelly Stellpflug

 Preside at meetings in the absence of our president
 Be prepared to assume the duties and responsibilities of the president if needed
 Organize May Officer meeting
 Organize Dairy Station for Food For America
 Community service (incubator display at the Small Animal Barn)
 Walk for education

Receive and monitor chapter funds
Keep the financial records of the chapter
Assist in collecting state and national dues
Give a financial report at monthly FFA meetings

Banquet decorations


Sentinel – Ian Hackett

Set up the meeting room and care for the chapter equipment
Assist the secretary in keeping the membership roll
In charge of meeting door prizes
Organize April Officer meeting
Banquet Set up
Help with middle school and high school displays
Quarterly recreational activity


Parliamentarian – Dezi Edwards
Assist president in conducting parli- procedure in meetings
Charge of sign up sheets for major competition (CDE, speaking, etc.)
Organize Wildlife Station for Food For America
Sign up for concessions
